Our Farm
SWGD Farm is tucked away on historic vineyard land in the Fertile Rio Grande Valley, New Mexico. Repeated floods in the Rio Grande Valley have created some of the most agricultural lands in the Southwest. We are lucky enough to own over 8 acres of that land.
With the all natural methods SWGD Farm utilizes for all production, we raise our own worms, which provide us with nutrient rich soil we start with. The worms also provide different types of tea to further enrich the biomass of our soil. We use beneficial insects and OMRI listed biologicals in our entire process, zero herbicides.
Quality Starts Here
It starts in the dirt, which we prefer to call our artisan living soil. SWGD’s proprietary blend of living soil has been perfected by our Master Grower through painstaking research and trial. It’s our recipe, and you can’t have it! But you can try the yields by partaking in any of our strains, just visit any of the dispensaries we partner with.

The microbial biomass is important for transforming nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and zinc into forms that can be used by plants. If it weren't for soil microbes, plant nutrients would remain 'locked away'.
You can’t grow a great plant on a weak foundation. Who thought dirt could be so interesting, right?
